F irst, and foremost, from our family to all of our Saint Paul family, Happy Easter! We have so much to be grateful for this Easter Season and I for one, am grateful for all of you! What an amazing Lenten Season we had at the parish! Our Mass at-tendance has been growing, we had wonderful attendance at the Stations ofthe Cross, our Saint Paul prayer group provided multiple opportunities for people to come together to pray, and I do not think anyone will ever forget Father Gary George! Yes my brothers and sisters, we are truly blessed! That doesn’t mean there were not challenges along the way, but we must always remember that challenges will always be present as we journey through this life. I am very grateful that I have my faith for those rough times that life seems to throw our way.

Now the “heavy lifting” starts. We now will enter into the beautiful Season of Easter, and we have to open our hearts to receive the Resurrected Christ. What can we do different this year to bring us ever closer to our Lord? What can we chal-lenge ourselves with to better the world around us? This is the perfect time of year to “Spring” into action, and truly live the life God is calling us to live! We each have been given different and beautiful gifts to share with the world! God is empowering us to bring the kingdom of Heaven to earth! How will we re-spond to the call? Will we live in doubt, or will we rise to meet Him? There is so much at stake.

Our Holy Week, once again, proved to be an awesome experience! The readings, the music, and being together as a parish family was a powerful time that I will not soon forget. When we all allow the power of Holy Week to enter into our hearts, it helps bring His peace into our lives, hence transform-ing us in ways to better be a light for the world to see! It truly is my favorite week of the year!

I want to thank everyone for your friendship and support! It means the world to me and my family. I invite everyone to pray the Rosary during this Easter Season, and to ask our Blessed Mother to bring us ever closer to Her Son. Also, let us pray for peace. Not just peace in our world, but in our hearts and homes. Pray for joy!!!! Our Savior has risen!!! Let us be joyful, and give praise! Pray for your families. Remember if we want to truly change the world we need to start in our homes. Let us bring peace and joy into our hearts and in those hearts around us!

I pray you all have a blessed Easter Season! I pray God brings you joy and peace! Let’s keep this momentum going, so that we can help heal the world around us! Let’s do it all for His Glory!!! Happy Easter!!!
